Manhole cover, Jax Beach
This didn't look like that hard a puzzle, one line, two pieces, but somebody missed it.
Reminds me of some photos I took of some paved/cobbled (?) bicycle lanes - after they dug some holes and had to put the cobblestones back together the painted bicycles looked like Picasso-on-Speed paintings. I'll see if I can put some of them on the scrappress ... photos didn't come out that good - not enough contrast.

I saw them. What a hoot. I guess city workers are cut from the same cloth everywhere.
