Insalata Caprese

As summer winds down and we prepare to go to Provence, my basil is at it's peak and the local farmer's markets have lovely tomatoes. A little buffalo mozzarella and so olive oil...........heaven.

Definitely heaven - taste- and color wise. Provence in autumn is certainly among the most beautiful places to be, not as hot and crowded as in the summer. And the wine...

Thank you. We are already practice packing like crazy. We love the Autumn. We lived in Vermont for 21 years before coming to Florida. We don't really get an autumn here, so we love the cool, clear, crisp days and cold nights. And, as you say......the wine.
