It is now April 2nd and I am experiencing my annual "blahs" or photographer's block or creative miasma. I don't know if it's my wanting to get my garden going or the sudden wonderful weather, but I stop seeing photographs. My suspicion is that as the sun climbs higher in the sky, the light get less of that slanted, dramatic look. Combine that with rising humidity, which takes some contrast out of the light, and I go out with the camera and see no pictures. I always adjust and enjoy the warm rich light of Spring and Summer, but it takes a while.

I just browsed my archives the other day for whatever reason and I realised I don't take photos in March.
I went back some years and no March photographies (I don't count snapshots etc..). No real photo walks.
The same annual blah! Perhaps for different reasons. Or the same.
