Dagwood's funnel cakes, Nocatee market
The Nocatee market has gotten quite good. Less junky trinkets and more produce and artisan cheeses, fresh eggs, pickles and, of course, junk food. Delia and I scored some great boiled peanuts.
Boiled peanuts are a wonderful regional food in the American South. Raw peanuts are boiled in salty water,, sometimes with spicy Cajun seasoning. The peanuts end up being very soft and delicious. My granddaughter even eats the shells. An occasional treat due to the high sodium. I prefer the Cajun, as spicy as possible.

Boiled peanuts? What are you doing with them? Simply eating? Never heard of boiled peanuts as you might have imagined by now ... ;-)
