Delusions of grandeur.
This little hawk, (pardon my ignorance, I'm not sure which hawk.), Was perched atop our local church with it's symbolic fish weathervane. It lives among Ospreys and probably was just showing off.
The sea eagles are like mosquitos around here. We have numerous lagoons and rivers, plus the Atlantic. They are very adept at catching fish and trumpet their catches as they fly to the nests with a fish held below in their talons.
These smaller hawks are probably sick of all the bragging so this one grabbed a big metal fish;-}

So maybe no falcon but one of those sea eagles? :)
