These were blended into a nice marinara and served over spaghetti. A nice Cotes du Rhone made it a meal.

Prosciutto wrapped grilled asparagus.

 The grilling brings out a sweetness in the asparagus that contrasts with the salty sharpness of the prosciutto. A little Provencal rose and it's heaven.

Last of the Jasmines

Always sad to see the last of the Spring flowers fall. It means Summer and the heat are close. Right after this we had three days of rain and the mosquitoes are out in full force.
