Odd enclosure.
If you ask me this is one of the most poorly hidden stills in the whole state of Florida. Hide in plain sight!

So you are not allowed to make your own schnaps in Florida? Have to hide the whole apparatus?

It's an old Southern tradition. Most of our older Nascar drivers got their start running illegally distilled liquor from place to place.
This just looked like a badly placed still, two blocks from a police station and all. I have no idea what it really is.
Me neither, I thought you might tell me.
In Germany I would assume it's a monitoring station that registers air pollution etc.
