 Looks like they have the West covered. A friend who used to travel by car a lot, collected these stickers too, but he put them in his garage windows. Thus, when his car got used up and traded he still had his memories.

Pete's Bar is an institution in Jax Beach. It is an unpretentious little beer joint with some pool tables, I believe. I have only been in once, during the day, not it's best time. This little feller apparently was over served.

I have never owned one of these nor really wanted to, not my type of vehicle, but I have always loved them. They are regarded as the first SUV and seem to be the template for future SUVs. They are such a pure design. Almost perfectly square, Perfect use of room, basic engines (even though the 4.0 liter straight 6 was a gas gulper), and they were almost as capable off-road as the Wranglers. Plus they could carry all of one's camping/hunting/photography gear. They never seem to wear out, there are lots of them on the road. So here is my first car portrait. Once again Carl Weese has inspired me.

Older Cadillac.

This model Cadillac always gives me a laugh. In response to the European and Japanese luxury cars that suddenly took over the luxury market here, Cadillac decided to go with three letter names for their models. Their main car was the Seville Touring Sedan or STS. Then came this, the Eldorado Touring Coupe or ETC. I have always wondered when in the development of the name that someone realized that it was the abbreviation for etcetera. There was a short lived career in GM's marketing department for that guy ;-)
