Damaged clam shell.
Another massive assault that eventually worked. It must be awful to be inside and hear or feel the predator getting closer.

Old shells, sideyard studio, Roscoe
I was inspired by Kirk Tuck to set up a studio. I have no indoor room, so I bought a background stand and two muslin background cloths. I put them against a north wall put a stool out with them. I also got an LED light which I haven't used yet. These shells needed a portrait.
Old shells, dock, Roscoe
Most people collect "perfect" specimens of shells, but I like the worn ones with all of the nibble marks and erosions.
