Odd pairing.

I went for a walk around the local planned community, romantically self-named the Municipal Service District, or MSD (just evokes all sorts of beautiful images......or not)  I passed this agave, which I always photograph, mostly badly. About a mile further on I saw this sheet of semi-opaque plastic film, hanging from a fence and took only one shot, not like me. When I looked at the contact sheet in Bridge, I noticed the similarities.

Glad someone had the slicing gun. (Inside reference valid only to those who have read Day of the Triffids)

Agave and window, Jax Beach

I am very clumsy at this selective color business but it is fun to try when it feels right.

Agaves and window II, Jax Beach.....for Markus

Markus, this window is two meters from the ground. I am six feet tall and my head comes to just under the molding. I would guess that the agaves are five feet tall....and growing.
