First course!

Once seated you are immediately served pitchers of Rose or Sangria. Very soon comes the first course.

It consists of a bright fresh celeriac salad, still warm roasted red peppers, home made prosciutto, country pate, all to be put on pieces of the best bread we had the whole visit. It was a big meal all in itself, or so we thought.
