Our cheeses

All of these are goat cheeses. They go from about a week old to aged for months. They went from the consistency of cream cheese to a little yellow disc that was hard as a rock. One was like a brie and the little disc tasted like a mouthful of ammonia. The second bite of that, dipped in lavender honey actually cleared my palate (and sinuses) and tasted great.
